How long does setup take?
SecondSky onboarding is designed to be quick. The customer authorizes access to the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment and the backup service can then be configured.
Can users recover their own data?
Recovery options depend on the service configuration and customer access available through the backup platform. Managed Backup and Backup Assurance include SecondSky-assisted recovery.
Is there a setup fee?
No. SecondSky currently charges $0 for setup.
What if I have fewer users than the plan minimum?
Essential has a 5-user minimum. Managed Backup and Backup Assurance have 10-user minimums. The Backup Risk Assessment makes those minimums clear when calculating a recommendation.
What happens to data when an employee leaves?
